CORY

I’m a recent graduate from Alexander School of Natural Therapeutics and, though I came to Massage Therapy later in life, it has given me so much fulfillment and purpose. My deep love for discovering the intersections where both Western medicine and Eastern philosophies overlap and harmonize drives everything I do. Through the use of intuitive touch and various modalities such as Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Myofascial/Trigger point Therapy, I am able to provide a holistic approach to healing. I believe that the body, mind, and spirit are all interconnected and true treatment can only be achieved by relating to the whole; rather than just to its parts.

SHO

I am a graduate of Discovery Point School of Massage, here in Seattle, where I was trained in Swedish massage as well as Neuromuscular, Trigger point, and Myofascial techniques. I also do Reiki, which informs everything I do and has taught me to trust my intuition. I believe in the mind, body, spirit connection and that trauma gets held in the body. It is my goal to provide a safe space for my clients to explore that connection and bring awareness to the places tension is being held.

GABRIEL

My style of massage is a blend of trigger point and myofascial release, accompanied by joint mobilization and fundamental Swedish techniques. The goal is to see what tightened structures are limiting healthy movement of the body and guiding their release.
